Well it looks like we got our own 'word association thread' after all. Fucking, fucking hell People's health is important to them. It's natural they'd want to talk about it.

In Preludin pauperland, perhaps, but it's still a lot of dough. This comment has been bugging me since Skope's comment and my reply. I don't make a ton, well under six figures. I think people hear "tech" and "Silicon Valley" and we're all lighting cigars with our stock shares. Do I know people like that? I do, but unfortunately I'm not one of them. I'm a marcom mercenary. Wait, wait, wait...you're lighting your stock shares and cigars yourself? You don't have an English butler? I thought that's what this place was all about. I use what I find here to converse with Reginald. Today we will converse about pies, yesterday was Billy Connolly (he's a fan), before that Bond (very mixed on him/them).

I have seen the future of the global work force. there will be 3 groups - the super rich, contractors and Soylent Green. you heard it here first.

i also ordered another insole which is arriving tomorrow. i will keep preludin informed. they've just arrived. very rigid, made of plastic. i'm a bit sceptical to be honest. two pairs though, so i will put one pair in my running trainers and the other in my DAY-TO-DAY footwear. i've been wearing the ankle brace all day. i think it's helping, although i am half-cut.

Forget the heel cups and braces, I have found simple arching exercises, walking bare foot and Hokas running shoes work. Do the exercises and walking barefoot first, if they don't provide relief consider the Hokas. When you do start up running again don't do the jumping rope. Ease into this, it will take 4-6 weeks, at least. The jumping rope would be useful if you were doing concentrated speed work that didn't involve distance. You are running distance and you've exhausted what your feet can take by adding in jump rope. Just aim to get back where you were before jumping rope.

i walk bare foot around the flat. i run in ASICS but will consider hokas when i need to replace my running shoes. i'm going to stop jumping rope as i think it's been the cause of my current malaise. the ankle strapping is providing great relief.

Have you done any exercises like standing on the bottom step in barefeet, with just the ball of your feet and toes on the step and arching/lifting/pushing/pulling yourself up by extending your feet from your toes/feet/arches upward?
