i've got plantar fasciitis in my right foot, which is really pissing me off. i think it's related to the skipping i've been doing. i got some INSOLES which haven't really made much of a difference and have now just shelled out for some HEEL CUPs and silicon protectors.
not ideal.

Not ideal indeed. I have something that is similar but they call it heel spur. I've been to the docter in January who told me it would last about 3-4 months with no remedies other than taking Ibuprofen en some minor exercises ( rolling a frozen can onder your foot)
Two months ago I went again as it wasn't over yet. This time I had a doctor who had specialised in it for her study. She was straight foward and said 'Yes it's heel spur, and no there's nothing we can do about it. Just keep taking Ibuprofen and whatever exercise is recommended but according to current research, it can last upto two years.'
Fok.

Mine came on without warning. The injection was only the start of the procedure, shoe supports for under my foot etc. I was having to wear trainers all the time. Had the jag was back in proper big boy shoes straight away. hope you get it sorted

cheers. have you had your booster yet? i haven't noticed you boasting about it on bcb. I have, last Friday along with the flu jab. No side effects from either thankfully. You've not been paying attention from September 22nd "Just want to boast that I'm booked for my booster in early October" Hope your Mum gets it soon.

Can that appear on the sole of your feet too rather than your heal? I've had issues with my feet for a couple of years now but they only seem to manifest when the weather gets colder. I get a pain in the arch part when I walk and have done for a couple of years now although it seems to be a lot better - for a while it was quite uncomfortable and would occur everytime I walked.

I've got a stinking cold! I think I'd rather have Skope's club foot.
