I think maybe gals don't like to say "tits" because "tits" is short for "titties" and "titties" sounds pretty Farm Animal. but, now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure I've heard more women say "tits" than "boobs"

Yeah, boobs seems to be the perfect slang as both men and women generally find it acceptable. Maybe because it has that slightly silly or childish feel to it, rather than the more sexual, dirty edge other terms have, i dunno.
This is one that i still heard in the 70s and 80s growing up, not much any more...
norgs
Definition (Adult / Slang)
Or: norgies / norks / norkers; Australianism of the 1950s for women's breasts, said to be based on the Norco butter packaging displaying a cow's udder on the package.

Bristols? chi-chis? what have I been missing? For "Chi Chis", you had to grow up in a Mexican neighborhood, preferably in Los Angeles..

When in Spain: Titonas (large) Tititas (small) Not exactly
Tetonas (or tetazas) Tetitas
The normal word is tetas, not really formal, but you can use it in normal conversation with anybody. A little more rude would be 'peras', I wouldn't use it when speaking to a female.

Boobs, knockers etc just sound too Carry On, too jokey. The lass likes tits and if you're feeling amorous you should never call then boobs. That just doesn't work At All.
Tits also has that short, sharp, punchy sound that reminds you of perky bewbs you could hang yer jacket on.
Tits eh? The greatest.
(is it any wonder we cannot attract female posters? Etc)
