Everything.
I don't get the Greggs love I'm afraid. I know why it's popular and I sort of admire their "we are shit but at least we're honest about it" marketing, but the actual produce isn't great. This looks terrible.

It does.
But the ad itself has about 83 things wrong with it.

The "limited" part, obviously.

The UK's adoption of some of the lamest, vaguest, most informally 'pally' Americanisms is one of the things I know that annoys Brits the most. And the stupid 'WE'VE GOT THIS' is one of the most egregious examples. It makes my stomach turn.
Is it used in the States often? What the fuck is it supposed to mean?

It's used in movies. I don't think I've ever heard anyone actually say it.

It's the final play of the game, three seconds left, and the coach is drawing up the big play. The players break huddle, high-five, and one proclaims, "WE GOT THIS", meaning they are totally going to win and perhaps score some microwavable snacks. It's as American as microwavable snacks.

Lack of leading inverted exclamation point, for one thing.

Putting aside the fact the contents look like summat the dog spewed up the actual advert is hideous.
Don’t get me started on the “we got this” shit.
American cultural imperialism at its most degrading and humiliating. Honestly, this advert is more embarrassing than Brexit and I say that as someone who is pro Greggs.

It's so hilariously British that they used "we've" instead of "we". They should've done one better and gone with "we have".
Anyway, the whole thing - from the purple waves that foreshadow the nausea you'll inevitably feel after eating one of those disgusting looking things, to the 'v' in a green circle that's just slapped on as an afterthought - is too stupid to look at.

(and it's interesting that people here have (deliberately?) misquoted it). I mean, we adapt these things, they evolve, so with this grammatical change it's now 'ours' - but it still makes me sick. It's a bit like that gerund overuse that has become popular over the last few years ('LOVING the outfit!')

Look. It’s 2 fingers up to Trump!
We should be pro ‘Average Nacho Lunch’ at this point in our history.

Greggs sandwiches are fine and usually preferable to more, er, 'highbrow' grab-a-snack outlets. I haven't touched the pastries since I was at school though.
