Small question, but one that's been bugging me: if you cook, what's your towel set-up? do you have a hands-drying towel? is it a bathroomy towel with a nap? doesn't it get smelly if you're wiping your hands after cutting garlic or onions? in that case, do you wash it often? or do you just wash your hands often and then dry them on it? isn't that a pain to do when you've got several things on the go? and do you use tea towels to dry dishes? don't those things leave tiny little threads on the glass surface? what about disposable kitchen towels? they're useful, aren't they? Fucking hell.

The whole kitchen towel thing would have been able to be referred to an EU mediation panel, but with Brexit the UK has not set up a standard yet, so your best bet is going with standard kitchen towel 12Uvy67(user instructions and diagrams included, you should be set).

You need a proper bathroom towel to dry your hands. Tea towels don't do the job. And as Fisho says, dishes are best left to dry naturally on the drainer.
In other words
*GET SET FOR REVELATORY SHOCKO STATEMENT*
a tea towel has no use

Anyway I haven't got time to wait around for something to naturally dry. That could take many hours!

You just can't make decent Mexican food at home in this country. Well, you can, but it ain't easy. I'm going for huevos rancheros today - completely from scratch. Got the tortilla press, the Mexican flour, all the ingredients for a fresh salsa, can't get chipotle chilis easily but don't think that's a big deal.

The way to smear things is to WIPE THEM. Leaving them to dry means NO WIPING.
