SPOILERS FOR PREVIOUS SEASONS ABOUND BELOW
Jaime will kill Cersei.
The Hound and The Mountain will kill each other.
Arya will kill somebody very important. Possibly Jaime. Although I think Tyrion might end up killing Jaime. Maybe Arya will kill Daenarys after she discovers that Jon and Daenarys are related. This after Jon and Dany have overcome the Walkers.
Theon will... not kill Euron himself, I don't think, but sacrifice himself to facilitate Euron's death.
I don't think Jon will make it out given that he is already dead, really.
This leaves everyone significant dead, so Robin from the Eyrie will inherit the crown. OK, Tyrion maybe. With Bronn as his Kingsguard and Sam as his Hand. And Sansa as his queen.
Davos will - hopefully - kill Melisandre and clear off to live a quiet life somewhere. He will hopefully get to take Missandei with him after Grey Worm dies in some battle or other.
Varys will get bumped off after the writers realise he's still hanging around despite last doing anything noteworthy in about season three. I reckon Ser Friendzone might have something to do with getting rid of him. Ser Friendzone himself will go down fighting after Daenarys dies.
Bran will die, from natural (magical) causes, after revealing everything he knows and thus becoming pretty redundant plotwise.
Edd will become Commander of the Night Watch.
Whoever is left from Bronn, Pod, Gendry and The Hound will become a hilarious spin-off adventuring around Braavos.

Sansa will be Queen in the North after Euron kills Jon and is in turn killed by Theon.
Arya will sail away to over the sea aka whatever their version of America is.

Either Brienne or Tormund, possibly both (she might sacrifice herself to save Jamie, prompting Tormund to go berserk and kill half the Night Army before being cut down)
And a single Stark, Targaryen or Lannister as a surprise. Possibly Sansa.
I still hope Davos makes it out alive.

Well if Sam makes it out alive perhaps Bran will die, after that conversation about memory and history and whatnot. Sam can take over as the Three-Eyed Smug Get.
Also I forgot Ser Friendzone. He got presented with a big sword and made peace with his family. He's fucked.
